Return Policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy Notice

Orders placed between 11/1-12/31/23 have an extended return window. You can initiate a return by or before
1/31/24. Requirements for returns and/or store credit can be found in the standard return policy.

Standard Return Policy 
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. You
must provide your order number in order to place a return.

For refunds, product(s) must be in its original packaging - and still in the
same new condition as when the product(s) was received: unopened and unused. If
the product has been opened, and is unused you may be eligible for store
credit.

Once the return request is approved, customers will receive return
instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed from the
date we receive your returned items in our warehouse. You will receive a
confirmation by email when your return is complete.

CO2 Cylinders are a non-refundable product.

Return Costs

For returns within the US and abroad, you as a customer pay for the shipping.

Exchanges

Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.

How to Return a Product

Unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days from the time you receive your delivery. To return an item, proceed as follows:

1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it - unopened and unused.
2. Send an email to info@aarke.us In this email, include your order number and the items that you would like to return.
3. You will then receive an email from us with a return authorization number that you will need to specify on the packing slip that came with the goods as well as on the outside of the box. Add the products together with the delivery note in a box, preferably the box that the products came with.
4. The return address will be provided in the email along with your return number.
As soon as we have received and inspected the products, we will issue your refund to the payment method that you used when you bought the products or store credit. This process can take 7-14 business days from when we receive your return to our warehouse.

Refunds

Refunds will occur if the product is returned in an unused and sealed package. If the product is opened, a store credit will be given.

Faulty Products

Have you received a faulty or damaged product? We want to correct it! Contact info@aarke.us to get a return number and address for a free return.
