Everything but the plunger in this coffee press is great. The filter removal requires pliers because there is something preventing it from unscrewing smoothly from the stem. Quite cumbersome for anyone, let alone someone with arthritis; if you want to prevent the pliers to scratching the polished steel parts you need to use some rubber between the tool and the plunger. This could have been easily found in a thorough QA assessment.

The press is stunning. All that shiny stainless steel sadly does show every fingerprint, but when it’s clean, it’s worth it. Plus the handle feels nice in your hand: smooth and weighted properly. It is VERY expensive, but I knew that goin’ in!

Die Coffee Press Kanne hat ein sehr schönes Design und hält extrem lange warm. Ich würde sie mir wieder kaufen. Einen Stern ziehe ich jedoch ab, weil ich den Stab am Deckel zu dünn finde, mit welchem der Kaffeesatz zu Boden gedrückt wird. Hinzu kommt, dass die Gewindeschraube am Ende des Stabes häufig nachgezogen werden muss, damit das Ganze an Stabilität gewinnt.
