Cool machine. After a month of use, my wife and I love it. I was concerned 10 cups might be too few, but it's turned out fine. I like the metal housing, crinkle finish paint in beige and the quality switch hardware. It feels good to touch. Brewing has been wonderful and the taste delivers. The glass carafe is on the delicate side, so be careful handling around hard objects. I'll probably order a backup in case one breaks. Otherwise, the design is fantastic and we're very happy with the purchase.
The machine is beautiful to look at but the marketing is misleading. The entirety of the machine from the water reservoir to the filter holder to the top of the pitcher is lined with plastic. The whole point of my interest is to reduce my family’s exposure to plastics, so I’m disappointed with that discovery. The design is sleek and the coffee is good tasting hence the two stars rather than zero.
It looks really gorgeous but I am not going to use until finished my move to Brasil which my state is notorious for the best coffee in the world, then I’ll be grainding my home state coffee hope works good as it looks!

I absolutely love this coffeemaker. The coffee is so rich and aromatic when it's brewed. Also the temperature is perfect as well. I sit on my deck in the early morning to nature and a great cup of coffee! Thank you Aarke for making that happen!

Beautiful machine that works flawlessly. Just be sure to keep the “shute” cleaned out if you are doing a big bag of coffee, I was doing a 5lb bag. LOVE that it has a great warranty.

Very impressed with our new Aarke grinder! It is incredibly quiet compared to other grinders we’ve had. We bought the Aarke coffee maker first and we are very happy to have the complete system now. They are expensive but, seem to be made really well compared to most products you buy these days.

I was disappointed it didn’t come with a permanent filter basket, for this price point. Secondly I would recommend the stainless insulated carafe as the coffee gets cold very quickly.
