Standard Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number in order to place a return.
For refunds, product(s) must be in its original packaging - and still in the same new condition as when the product(s) was received: unopened and unused. If the product has been opened, and is unused you may be eligible for store
credit.
Once the return request is approved, customers will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive your returned items in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.
CO2 Cylinders are a non-refundable product.
