3 Aarke CO2 Cylinders & Exchange Box

The Aarke CO2 Cylinder Exchange Service is a hassle-free, on-demand service that exchanges your empty CO2 cylinders for new ones. Order only when you need them and only pay when you exchange. Already have CO2 cylinders at home? You can use any 60L cylinder from any brand to get started.

How it works:

1. Place your first order and get your CO2 cylinders delivered to your door.
2. Enjoy your sparkling water and use your cylinders as usual.
3. When 2 cylinders are empty, place them in the return box, attach the prepaid label and leave it for USPS pickup.
4. Once your empty cylinders are on their way back to us, a new order is automatically placed. You’ll be charged at this point — no need to log in or place another order.
5. Your new CO2 cylinders are delivered by FedEx – straight to your door.

You’re always in control. Exchange your cylinders whenever you need to. There are no monthly or yearly fees — you only pay when you exchange your empty cylinders.

Yes. The CO2 Cylinder Exchange (The Cylinder Loop) is an on-demand subscription service, meaning you only place an order once when you first sign up. After that, your payment details are securely saved, so you don’t need to place a new order each time you exchange your empty cylinders.

Unlike a traditional subscription, you control when you exchange your cylinders. When 2 cylinders are empty, return them to us and a new order will automatically be placed. You’ll only be charged once your empty cylinders are on their way back to us.

There are no monthly or yearly fees – you only pay when you exchange your empty cylinders.

We’re working to make the service available across the US as soon as possible. Please note that we currently cannot ship CO2 to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Yes. You’ll be asked to create an account at checkout when placing your first order. This allows us to securely save your payment method and automatically process future exchanges when you return your empty cylinders.

Usually, yes. We accept standard 400–425 g (14.5 oz) / 60L CO2 cylinders approved for use with sparkling water makers, regardless of brand.

The cylinder must be in good condition. We do not accept damaged cylinders or SodaStream Quick Connect cylinders with the pink ring.

There’s no set schedule for exchanges. Exchange your cylinders whenever you need to, depending on how often you carbonate and enjoy sparkling water.

You can exchange 2 empty cylinders at a time using our exchange box.

We recommend keeping 3 cylinders at home – one in your Carbonator while the other two are being exchanged.

You’ll know your cylinder is empty when your water no longer carbonates as usual.

Before returning it, make sure the cylinder is completely empty by carefully pressing down the center pin with a spoon to release any remaining CO2.

No. Each exchange requires 2 empty cylinders to be returned in the exchange box.

If only 1 cylinder is returned, an additional $9 fee will be charged for the missing cylinder.

We recommend keeping 3 cylinders at home, so you always have one available while the other two are being exchanged.

FedEx delivers your full CO2 cylinders, while USPS handles the return of your empty cylinders.

If you order a Carbonator together with your CO2 cylinders and exchange box, your packages may arrive separately, as they are shipped from different locations.

Once USPS confirms that your empty cylinders are on their way back to us, your new order is automatically placed. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Since CO2 cylinders are classified as hazardous goods, they must be shipped via ground transportation. Once your new cylinders are on their way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

No. Unless otherwise stated, Aarke CO2 cylinders are excluded from discounts and promotions, and discount codes cannot be applied to them.

Simply stop returning your empty cylinders. If you don’t send them back, no new exchange order will be placed and you won’t be charged.
