Orders placed between November 11, 2024, and December 24, 2024, can be returned until January 31, 2025. To take advantage of this extended return policy, please follow the return procedure outlined in our Terms of Purchase. This extended return policy is subject to the same conditions as regular returns.
Standard Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. You
must provide your order number in order to place a return.
For refunds, product(s) must be in its original packaging - and still in the
same new condition as when the product(s) was received: unopened and unused. If
the product has been opened, and is unused you may be eligible for store
credit.
Once the return request is approved, customers will receive return
instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your refund to be processed from the
date we receive your returned items in our warehouse. You will receive a
confirmation by email when your return is complete.
CO2 Cylinders are a non-refundable product.

- US orders should ship within 1-5 business days of being placed from our fulfillment center in Missouri.
* CO2 orders purchased through the Cylinder Loop website ship seperately.
Depending on your location from our warehouse centers, once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.
Due to the nature of the product, at this time we only offer ground shipping for Kits. Kits cannot be express shipped as they contain the gas canisters that cannot be shipped via air.
Customers based in the USA will receive their package from Springfield, MO.
Please note, due to the process of kit building, your box may come opened/unsealed. Our team adds the Gas Cylinders manually.
Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for shipping information to populate. For more questions on where your package is, we recommend reaching out to the shipper directly with your tracking information as they will have a better understanding of where your package is.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a refund notification via email.
Should you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, pictures of your packing slip and the product you received. From there, our team will take care of you so you can receive the correct product.

Route ProtectionIf you have purchased Route Shipping Protection with your order, please contact them through your confirmation email or the app within 15 days of delivery. For more information click here.
Route Shipping Protection insures your shipment for packages stolen after delivery. Aarke cannot replace or refund your order if you do not have Route insurance on your order.
If your order is stolen after delivery, your must file your claim within 14 calendar days of the delivery date through Route.
By declining Route insurance from your order, you are not protected if my package is lost or stolen.
We kindly ask all customers to double check their shipping information and product information before checking out.
Once an order is placed, we may be unable to change/cancel an order. If you find you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us with your order number and correct information. From there, our team will see if it is possible to update or cancel your order.
At this time we cannot apply discounts to Aarke Gas. If you are having other issues with your discount codes please contact us for assistance.
