The granules are okay. It can be a little challenging to get them into the filter--I spilled a small amount while trying to pack them into the filter. I had been using the plastic filters for many years, so I am used to water with not taste/flavor. The granules definitely make my water taste different from the plastic filter. It's not a bad taste, but there is a taste. I am allowing myself an adjustment period, and this is still fairly new. So far, so good.

Very happy with my water filter carafe. Water tastes good and it's easy to clean and refill. I like that the jug is made of glass. Better than Brita in my opinion!

Taste of tap water changed into bottled water quality! Also love the design of the jug! It is easy to clean and looked great in out kitchen.

Yes, I like my Aarke filter jug and granules. I particularly like the glass jug and the date indicator on the lid. Would definitely recommend.

I love everything about my water filter, especially the look.

It works perfectly, no horrible calcification in my kettle and great tasting water.

Whole family enjoy drinking water so delighted with filter quality. The granules really last and are easy to install. Thank you aarke for beautiful design. The combination of crystal clear glass and stainless steel create a beautifully asthetic piece of art.

Lovely design, good functionality water tastes great and very happy to have completely minimised my use of plastic in water filtration. Longer term will be looking for a solution which also reduces micro plastics in tap water but not quite yet.

The water tasted great when filtered through the granules.

The granules are very good although a bit messy to replace.
I love the water filter though and have recommended to lots of people. A little on the heavy side when full! But thats the only problem. Very robust and stylish.
