Yuzu Vain

… you’ll probably think this drink is about you. The Yuzu Basil drink mixer pairs splendidly with oolong tea, or gin for that matter.

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Aarke Yuzu Basil
  • 30 ml Milky oolong tea (or gin)
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 20 ml Sparkling water
  • 3 Basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Add Yuzu Basil, tea (or gin) and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain and top with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with basil leaves.
