Why are Re-Crafted products sold at reduced prices?

The Aarke Re-Crafted products have a reduced price for various reasons: A product may have minor visual flaws like scratches or discolouration A product may be a returned product with previously opened, imperfect packaging A product may be older version of the product, a product in a discontinued colour or products that have been removed from the original range.

What imperfections can I expect when purchasing a product from Aarke Re-Crafted?

You can expect some purely cosmetic, visual imperfections on an Re-Crafted product. These may include scratches, marks, or discolouration on the product surface. Outer packaging imperfections may include signs of packaging being previously opened, dents and scratches.

Have the Re-Crafted products been previously used?

A proportion of the Re-Crafted products may have been previously sold and returned, or used in our campaign photoshoots. We test every single product to ensure that it is fully functional and performs to the high quality standards of Aarke. Next, we clean and sanitise the products, and replace any hygiene related elements like the water bottles with new ones. Please note, that in such cases you can expect minor damages to the original product packaging, which has previously been opened.

Is the Aarke Registered Warranty applicable to Re-Crafted products?

Yes. Re-Crafted products qualify and are available for Aarke Warranty registration if they are of applicable model covered by the Aarke Registered Warranty . Otherwise, statutory guarantee regulations apply for all Re-Crafted products.

What is Re-Crafted?

We believe that minor beauty or packaging imperfections shouldn't be a reason for fully functional and well-engineered products to go to waste. In the Aarke Re-Crafted our appliances are given a second chance. We offer mindful consumers an opportunity to enjoy quality products that will last for years to come – at a reduced price.

Products are added to the re-crafted selection for different reasons: some may feature minor visual flaws like scratches or discolouration, while others may be returns with damaged packaging, and some are older versions or colours no longer part of our current range.

All Re-Crafted products are sanitised, tested for full functionality, and hygiene related parts like bottles are replaced with new ones.
