How To

Simple Syrup:

  • 1 part sugar
  • 1 part water
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp crushed cardamom

Shake & Strain:

  • 2 tbsp rosemary cardamom simple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Dash of bitters
  • Top with Aarke sparkling water
