Wonderbaum

Built around the Aarke Spruce Tonic drink mixer, this refreshing take on the classic Rum&Tonic brings hints of northern forests and summer orchards.

Ingredients:

  • 15 ml Aarke Spruce Tonic
  • 45 ml Light rum (optional)
  • 15 ml Jasmin liquor or syrup
  • 30 ml Clear apple juice
  • 15 ml Sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Shake Spruce Tonic, rum (optional), liquor or syrup and apple juice in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
