Bitter & Famous

This cocktail is an americano–negroni–style flavour combination brought to life with a splash of soda.

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml Aarke Bitter Orange
  • 20 ml Mezcal
  • 20 ml Red vermouth
  • 20 ml Sparkling water
  • Orange zest

Instructions:

  1. Stir Bitter Orange, mezcal and vermouth with ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass with ice cubes.
  3. Top off with sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with orange zest.
